On the other hand, I like them because they were officially developed by Apple, which means they are of great quality. Other firms’ earphones never seem to live up to my expectations. Something goes wrong with them, and I find myself out of money and out of luck, unable to appreciate my music. In this aspect, Apple never seems to disappoint.
However, a few reviewers have complained that their microphone and one of the earbuds cracked after only a few months. This is the result of a faulty gadget. So if customers notify Apple about the damaged earpods, they will very certainly obtain a replacement.
